The Body Shop has been providing Central Oregonians with quality fitness since 1984.
Owners Gary and Laura Hughes started the business in Redmond in a small 1500 sq. foot
space with 11 pieces of Nautilus equipment and one exercise bike. Over the last 24 years
we have grown the business into a 20,000 foot facility with over 130 pieces of equipment,
40 group exercise classes, childcare, and we employee over 30 great employees. Our
goal has been to provide you with the very best in fitness in a very warm friendly
comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves in our consistency and our desire to
improve and to stay abreast in the very latest in health and fitness. At
